As well as rehearsals for our next production, we have regular play readings each month. We are in the process of arranging our session for next month and will publish details here shortly.
Spring production 2026 - Call for directors
We are looking for directors and actors for our production in April 2026.
'Love and Other Misunderstandings' is a smorgasbord of short plays by Anton Chekhov, Georges Feydeau and Bernard Shaw. Spanning three countries in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the plays all offer a light-hearted, humorous yet perceptive look at matters of the heart.
These are the plays we are considering:
- Chekhov - The Proposal and The Brute/The Bear
- Feydeau - The Intended and Love & Piano (both translated by Jonathan Vickers)
- Shaw - Passion Poison and Petrifaction and How he lied to her husband
